Slow Stretch Yoga In-Person

This relaxing free yoga class is set to gentle fairy lights and includes restorative and yin poses to soothe your muscles, relax your body, and ease stress in the mind. Meditation techniques and breath practices may also be incorporated for deeper relaxation. 

This class is instructed by a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Limited mats and yoga props available to borrow. Feel free to bring your own mat, water bottle, towel, blanket, and other yoga props you might need.
