Derby DIY: Scrub Bar In-Person
Join skincare guru Xochitl Lozano to make your own facial scrub with natural and rejuvenating ingredients. Xochitl will teach you how to make a homeopathic scrub, perfect for exfoliation and moisturizing. Light refreshments will be provided.
Library No-Show Policy:
In the event that an adult patron cannot attend a registered event, that patron is required to provide cancellation notice via email or by phone at least 24 hours prior to the day of the event. If a cancellation notice is not given at the time of the event, that patron is considered a "no-show." If the registered patron is a no-show to three registered library events, said patron will not be permitted to register for or attend any events requiring registration for a period of six months.
